I am a couples coach and tea ceremonialist devoted to helping people return to presence, intimacy, and deeper connection.

My work is rooted in the belief that love is one of the most powerful paths of transformation. In our closest relationships, we meet both our longing and our protection — the parts of us that desire to be seen, touched, understood, and loved, and the parts that close when intimacy feels vulnerable.

Through couples coaching, conscious communication, embodiment, and sacred tea ceremony, I create spaces where couples can slow down, soften, and meet each other again with honesty and tenderness.

Tea is part of my path because it teaches presence. It invites us to listen, to pause, to return to the body, and to remember the sacredness in simple moments. In the same way, intimacy asks us to become present enough to truly receive each other.
