Tea Ceremony

I fell in love with tea, peak pandemic, as the whole world was in deep chaos, this was my way of reconnecting to my own balance and centre.

I am so excited to sit in ceremony with you.

Yoga

I fell in love with yoga back in 2004, while finishing High School. Yoga literally got me through University, and after completing my first Yoga Teacher Training in 2013, yoga has been my life and career.

I have learned so much, from my teachers and students alike.

Now starts a new chapter in Denmark, my birth country.
